The team behind SPM Tuition answers on WhatsApp. Tap a WhatsApp button on this page, write a short message, and the team follows up on WhatsApp to arrange what comes next.
How do you reach the team?
WhatsApp is the single channel for tuition enquiries. The buttons on each page open a chat with a ready-made starter message, so you only add your own details.
Lessons run online, one-to-one, for students anywhere in Malaysia. There is no centre or office to visit.
What should a first message include?
A few details let the team assign an experienced teacher without a long exchange.
- The subject, for example Mathematics or Sejarah (History).
- The student’s form: Form 4 or Form 5.
- One or two topics that feel hard, or the kind of mistakes that keep repeating.
- The teaching language you prefer: English or Bahasa Melayu (BM), depending on the subject.
- General availability, such as weekday evenings or weekends.
Leave out identity card numbers, bank details and passwords. None of these are needed. A student under 18 should ideally write with a parent or guardian aware.
What happens after you send it?
The team reads your message, may ask a follow-up question, and then arranges the one-hour trial class (from RM50) with an assigned teacher, with the fee agreed before the trial. The page on how our online one-to-one tuition works shows the whole path.
Messages are read by people on the team.
Where do other questions go?
- A mistake or unclear explanation in a lesson: send the page title and what looks wrong, as described in accessibility and reporting a content problem.
- Privacy or a request to remove details: see privacy and use of study tools, then message us with your request.
- Teaching with us: read the teacher recruitment page and send your details through WhatsApp.
What if you need the site in a different format?
Tell the team which page and which format would help, such as larger text or a plainer layout, and they will look at what can be adjusted. Back to About SPM Tuition.
