Terms for resources and tuition enquiries

The rules for the free pages and for tuition enquiries, in one place.

These terms explain how the free resources on this site may be used and how tuition enquiries work. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

How may you use the free resources?

Lessons, practice sets and tools are for learning. You may read them, print pages for your own study, and share links with classmates, family or students you teach.

Please do not copy pages to another site, present them as your own work or sell them. If you would like to use material in a school or group setting, ask us first through WhatsApp.

What do the resources promise?

They promise careful explanations and checked examples, as described in how we create and review learning resources. They do not promise marks, grades or exam questions, because results depend on the student’s own work and on the exam.

Information about SPM rules and dates is a guide only. Confirm current details with Lembaga Peperiksaan (lp.moe.gov.my) or your school.

How does a tuition enquiry work?

All enquiries are made on WhatsApp. The steps are the same for every subject:

  1. You message us with the subject, form and what feels difficult.
  2. We assign an experienced teacher for that subject and arrange the trial.
  3. You agree the fee, then the student takes the one-hour trial class (from RM50).
  4. You decide whether the teacher is a good fit, and agree the schedule with the teacher.

Sending an enquiry does not commit you to lessons, and a trial is booked once you are happy with the fee.

What are the terms for the trial and later classes?

The trial is a one-hour lesson from RM50, charged at the same hourly rate as that teacher’s normal classes. More experienced teachers may charge more, and the fee is agreed before the trial.

After the trial you decide whether to continue, as described on what happens after the trial. Lessons are usually about 1.5 hours per class, and the questions to ask about ongoing arrangements list can help you plan.

What do we ask of students and parents?

  • Give accurate details about subject, form and needs.
  • Attend the lesson at the agreed time, or message early if plans change.
  • Treat the teacher with respect, and expect the same in return.
  • Keep lesson links and any shared materials to yourself.

How are these terms changed?

If the terms change, this page is updated and shows the latest version. Questions about them can be sent on WhatsApp, and privacy details are on the privacy page. Back to About SPM Tuition.

Common questions

What does the trial class include?

It is a paid one-hour class from RM50 with an assigned teacher, taught as a real lesson on the student's actual difficulty. The rate depends on the teacher and matches that teacher's normal hourly rate.

When is the fee agreed?

The fee is agreed before the trial, and you book only if you are happy with it. After the trial you decide whether the teacher is a good fit, and the schedule is agreed between you and the teacher.

Can I print or share the free resources?

You may print pages for personal study and share links. Republishing the content as your own or selling it needs permission.

Do you guarantee exam results?

No. A teacher can build understanding and exam skill, but no one can promise a grade, and pages here make no such promise.

The trial class is where the terms become concrete: a real one-hour lesson with an assigned teacher, with the fee agreed before it starts.

  • Online one-to-one lessons for your child with an experienced teacher.
  • Your first class is a one-hour trial, from RM50. The fee is agreed before you book.
  • Happy with the teacher? Continue with lessons of about 1.5 hours. If not, ask for another teacher.
