Who this tuition helps
Tamil students who already speak the language well still lose marks in writing and reading. The causes are specific.
- Sentences that stand alone. Each one is correct, but nothing connects them into a paragraph.
- Careless reading. The answer is in the passage, but the student responds to a different question.
- The same error returning. Spelling, word choice or sentence endings slip in the same way every time.
One-to-one teaching works because the teacher sees your actual mistakes and not a generic list.
What a lesson looks like: sentence to paragraph
This is a worked example for a short narrative.
மழை பெய்தது. நாங்கள் வெளியே செல்லவில்லை.
Two correct sentences. The teacher asks: what is the relationship between them? The student sees that the second happens because of the first, and joins them with a cause connector.
மழை பெய்ததால் நாங்கள் வெளியே செல்லவில்லை.
Then the student extends with a sequence and a contrast.
மழை பெய்ததால் நாங்கள் வெளியே செல்லவில்லை. அதனால் வீட்டில் அமர்ந்து புத்தகம் படித்தோம். மாலையில் மழை நின்றதும் தோட்டத்தில் விளையாடினோம்.
The paragraph now has cause, result and time order. The teacher then asks the student to underline each connecting word and explain its job. That habit of naming the connection is the skill that carries into essays.

Working on your own pattern
After a few lessons, the teacher can usually name one or two patterns in your writing. The plan then targets those directly: connector practice, reference checks, or a short list of commonly confused words. A private mistake log helps you see whether the pattern is shrinking.
What online lessons can and cannot do
Lessons suit reading comprehension, paragraph building, essay planning, vocabulary in context and feedback on your writing. A shared document or a photo of handwriting both work.
Teachers cannot sit the exam for you or promise a grade, and progress in a language depends on regular writing between lessons.
