Good revision in Tamil starts from your own errors. This area shows how to record them, turn them into a revision order, and test yourself on a timed original set.
It belongs to the SPM Bahasa Tamil learning guide and connects to vocabulary and accuracy.
How do the parts connect?
Keep a mistake log first, since it supplies the raw material. Use the log to build a revision sequence, then test it with a timed set. If you are considering tuition, write down your learning goals before any discussion.
- Keep a private language mistake log.
- Build a revision sequence from recurring errors.
- Practise a timed original reading and writing set.
- Prepare learning goals for paid Tamil tuition.
What does one log entry look like?
Suppose you wrote மழை பெய்ததால் ஆகவே நாங்கள் செல்லவில்லை. The sentence gives the cause twice, once with பெய்ததால் and again with ஆகவே.
| Error | Correction | Rule |
|---|---|---|
| Two cause markers in one sentence | மழை பெய்ததால் நாங்கள் செல்லவில்லை | Use one cause connector per clause |
After a few entries, you will see which rules repeat, and those become the first items in your revision order.
Who should start where?
If you have no record of your errors, start with lesson 1 using your last two written pieces. If you already know your slips, go to lesson 2. If you want to test your readiness, try the language practice set.
